– Exchange conditions: unused, original packaging
– Exchange same amount, difference redeemable as store credit
– Additional charges apply: Rs. 800 service charge, refinishing charges, 2-way courier charges

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please note that you can only exchange items for the same value.
Any difference in price will be given as store credit for your next purchase.
If your preferred size or item is unavailable, your order will be prioritized when restocked.
Restocks happen on a rolling basis, and the usual restock time is between 5 to 14 days.
Due to ongoing inflation, we are no longer offering refunds.
We appreciate your understanding.
If you are not happy with the product, you can exchange it or get store credit as per our policy.
If you need any changes to your order (within product limits), we can do it on a cost or no-cost basis.
Store credit can be used within 3 months of your purchase.

We bring in new items every week.
If you’re unsure about an existing product, you can come back later for new arrivals or use your store credit to place a custom order within the 3-month period.
Please note that if you are exchanging an item or size, you may have to pay extra service charges of Rs. 800, if applicable.

Also, if refinishing is required, the cost will be covered by the customer.

For two-way courier charges during an exchange, the customer is responsible.
